At Alexandra Aesthetics, I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee, determined based on the situation. • No-shows and no-calls will be charged the full service amount before rebooking.
